  1. Eligibility:
    2. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ, their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents), and household members are not eligible to participate. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Each period may only have one winner and each winner may only win (1) free office lunch. Previous winners of free office lunch will be disqualified from contest. 
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on January 1 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on December 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 
  3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter:
    1. Fill out google form from QR code link in store. 
  4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Group Pack for 10 people with your choice of meat & sides to be picked up or delivered to an office or business location on a mutually acceptable date. Group Pack Value is up to $17 / person, for a total of $170. 
    1. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $170. No cash value. Cannot be transferred or sold. If order is not requested is not consumed within 1 year of issue, remaining value will be forfeited. 
  5. Winner Selection and Odds: Free Office Lunch  winner will be selected by random selection from all eligible entries every 60 days with the following schedule. If weather, holidays, or if the date falls on a weekend, the entry will be selected the next business day.

  1. Winner Notification: The selected winner will be notified via email 5 days after selection date each period. If the potential winner does not respond within 2 business days, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
  2. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any provided information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  3. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or communications.
  4. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; or (d) late or undelivered mail.
  5. Privacy: Sponsor will collect personal data from participants solely for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes and contacting the winner. The information collected is subject to Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ privacy policy.
  6. Applicable Law: The sweepstakes, and any disputes that may arise hereunder, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction.  Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the courts located in Austin, Texas.
  7. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Void Where Prohibited: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  4. Prizes: One (1)  Prize winner will receive a gift card or Rewards credit equal in value to a Deluxe Family Meal with one Brisket meat selection. Meal includes: 4 lbs of up to 3 meats: Brisket or Pork Belly Burnt Ends  and choice of two other meats (Turkey, Sausage, Pork Loin, or Chopped)  of your choice and 3 quarts of sides of your choice. Available for pick up at any Smokey Mo’s BBQ location. Winner will be able to schedule their preferred pick up time. Total prize value is $154.  
    • Prize will be issued as a physical gift card sent to the recipient’s address, or as a $154 credit placed into winner’s Smokey Mo’s Rewards account. 
  5. Winner Selection and Odds: The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random selection  from all eligible entries by August 5, 2026. 
  6. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond with direct contact information within 3 business days of initial message to be eligible for prize. If winner does not respond to DM within 3 business days, another winner may be selected. 
  7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any provided information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Williamson County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas.

Dining Fundraiser Terms & Conditions

Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ is hosting a dining fundraiser to support Krewe de Cade Valid Thursday, September 3, 2026, during regular business hours at participating Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ locations.

Smokey Mo’s will donate 20% of qualifying sales to the National Down Syndrome Society in support of Krewe de Cade—Cade Saldivar’s fundraiser for the National Down Syndrome Society New York City Buddy Walk.

To qualify, the order must include a designated Krewe de Cade item, which wil . The donation applies only to qualifying sales associated with the fundraiser and excludes taxes, gratuities, delivery fees, service fees, gift card purchases and other non-food charges.

The maximum donation is $3,000 collectively from participating corporate locations, plus up to $3,000 collectively from the Military, Schertz Station and Oak Run locations.
