I’m a new dad! My wife and I have a 5-month-old son and are very excited to be parents. I started working when I was 16 years old in a Greek restaurant in Houston and have worked at Smokey Mo’s since 2005.
To my customers, my store is my home and everyone in it is my guest. The feeling of family is tangible, palpable. I want our guests to be as happy to see us as we are to see them. People don’t just pay for the food – they pay for that experience – and that’s what brings them back.
For fun, I enjoy spending time with my family. At this point in my life, it’s probably my favorite thing to do. I also like to do improvement projects in our new home and work with my hands.
