I’m a new dad! My wife and I have a 5 month old son and are very excited to be parents. I started working at 16 years old in a Greek restaurant in Houston and since 2005 have worked here at Smokey Mo’s.
To my customers…My store is my home and everyone in it is my guest. The feeling of family is tangible, palpable. I want our guests to be as happy to see us as we are to see them. People don’t just pay for the food, they pay for that experience, and that’s what brings them back.
For fun…At this point in my life, spending time with my family is probably my favorite thing to do. I like to do improvement projects on our new home and work with my hands.
