Welcome to Smokey Mo’s Leander! We’re located near the corner of Hero Way and Bagdad Road. We smoke all of our meats in house daily, and serve ‘em up in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Come see us for breakfast, lunch and dinner any day of the week and enjoy some local Texas BBQ in Leander!

Online ordering was not working right so I went to the store and ordered there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delish. Potato bacon cheddar was really awesome. The ribs are so juicy.
I was visiting a friend in Leander, and she took me to Smokey Mo's. My first visit and the food was really tasty. Loved the brisket stuffed baked potato. It was way more than I could eat. The best part of my experience was the friendly young person who took my order. She was patient and explained the menu beautifully. Getting a friendly smile and a kind word from Ella made for a wonderful experience. I have already told my friend that I will be going back to Smokey Mo's on my next trip out.
As always, tasty lean brisket and jalapeño sausage. Add to this, spicy sauce that is not vinegary, just perfect. Pinto beans, green beans, potato salad and zesty pickles to top it all off. Didn't get dessert this time but their banana pudding is always good. I should have tried the chocolate pudding but it has whipped cream on top which I don't care for but next time, I'll try it. This location was on my way home from church and picking up my curbside groceries without taking me way out of the way. Thats always a plus when you have cold groceries waiting in the car. They put together my order quickly and listened when I said no onions and which sauce we wanted. Some places don't listen.
Smokey Mo’s absolutely nails it across the board. The food is incredible, greatly made and everything served hot and fresh. You can really taste the care that goes into every bite. The service? Top-notch! Friendly, extremely fast, and genuinely welcoming. You feel like they actually appreciate having you there, which makes the whole experience even better. And the atmosphere? Clean, and full of that down-home BBQ charm. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, the vibe is always warm and inviting. Smokey Mo’s is the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to, highly recommended!
