When Must Orders be Placed By?
We have a limited supply of turkeys and anticipate selling them all well before the week of Thanksgiving. To be safe, we suggest placing orders as soon as possible.
When Can I Pick Up my Turkey or Feast?
Available for Pick Up Only Mon, 11.24 -Wed, 11.26 (Pick-up windows will be available at time of purchase)

Are you Open on Thanksgiving Day?
No, we are closed Thanksgiving Day to allow our team members to have time with their families.
Can I pick different sides for the Meal?
No substitutions will be allowed on sides
Can I add on extra Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole or Green Bean Casserole?
No, they only come as part of the Feast and cannot be purchased individually. We offer heat at home Roasted Creamed Corn and Mac & Cheese to add to any order.
Can I get the Thanksgiving Feast Hot?
All Feasts & Whole Turkeys are sold & picked up cold, ready to re-heat at home.

How will the Thanksgiving Feast be packaged?
The Thanksgiving Feast will be packed in a grab & go box.
Inside the box:
The Whole Smoked Turkey will be in a heat-safe bag and foil pan inside a box. Holiday Sides will be packaged in oven-ready foil pans with foil lid. Pie will be in a disposable pie container.
Mac & Cheese and Roasted Creamed Corn will be in disposable packaging and will need to be reheated in a separate pan on the stovetop.
Reheating instructions will be provided with your order.
What is the reheating process?
Reheating instructions will be provided with each order.
Turkeys will take approximately 2 hours to reheat.
Sides will take approximately 1 hour to reheat.
Reheat times may vary.
Does the Thanksgiving Feast come with serving utensils?
No serving utensils or plates are provided.
What’s a Smoked Turkey like?
Our whole turkey is seasoned with a signature Smokey Mo’s turkey seasoning and is smoked for approximately 3 hours to make it flavorful and moist with an overall seasoned appearance.
Is the Turkey Stuffed?
No, the Cornbread Dressing with Onion and Celery is served on the side.
What kind of Dressing is in the Feast?
A savory Cornbread Dressing containing onion and celery.
What is in the Green Bean Casserole?
It’s a traditional Green Bean Casserole with mushroom-cream base and fried onions on top.
What size is the Pecan Pie?
The Pecan Pie is an 11” pie sliced into 10 generous slices.
Can I add on to my Feast?
Yes, you can add on heat- at-home Roasted Cream Corn, Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad, or additional desserts to any feast on our pre-order site.
Do you Ship Smoked Turkeys?
No we do not ship, Smoked Turkeys are only available for pick up.
Can I get Thanksgiving Catering?
We offer our regular menu for catering during Thanksgiving week, and have a limited edition special Holiday menu for catering orders for pickup or delivery between 11.3 – 12.31.

Can I get a Whole Smoked Turkey for Christmas?
No, we only sell Whole Turkeys at Thanksgiving time. But, we always have delicious smoked sliced turkey for holiday meals!
How can I cancel my Turkey or Feast order?
To cancel orders, please call your pick up location with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of pick up time, or orders that are not picked up, will not be refunded.
Can I get rewards points for my turkey order?
If you are an active Smokey Mo’s Rewards member, please choose the “I’m a Rewards member” checkbox during check out or send your receipt to request points for your order to [email protected]
