Smokey Mo’s delivers BBQ to Ronald McDonald House, Austin

Smokey Mo’s delivered some of the best BBQ in Austin to the families staying at Ronald McDonald House to honor Tatum’s Love Foundation.

Local Community: Ronald McDonald House & Smokey Mo’s BBQ.

In February, Emilee and Ben Blackburn, longtime guests of our Cypress Creek location and founders of Tatum’s Love Foundation, reached out to Smokey Mo’s to deliver dinner to Ronald McDonald House to celebrate the life of their daughter, Tatum. We were so happy to help. On March 3rd, our Round Rock location put together a BBQ dinner of smoked brisket, turkey and sausage served with potato salad and coleslaw with, of course, all the fixins, to the families staying at Ronald McDonald House. We topped it off with gallons of sweet tea, individual banana puddings and enough chocolate chunk cookies to go around. Sometimes, there’s just nothing better than comfort food.
