Smokey Mo's BBQ Tips for Holiday Event Catering
Planning the menu for your holiday event doesn’t have to be complicated! For lunchtime or evening or dinnertime events, we recommend our Group Pack for 10+ people. Buffets come with three meat and three side choices. For meats, we suggest choosing easy-to-enjoy sliced meats and advise our customers to always choose our best selling brisket in their buffets. For lunchtime events, we suggest offering our lighter sides, like coleslaw, potato salad, and green beans. For evening or dinner time events, we suggest our warm sides, like buttered potatoes, mac & cheese, and green beans. All buffets come with bread, and all the fixins: pickles, onions, and BBQ Sauce with plates & cutlery.
For any time, our new Baker Bar is a great option for guests to build their own baked potato with a choice of meat (we suggest our famous Chopped meat), sour cream, cheese, bacon bits, and green onions. This option works well for groups that have vegetarian guests too!
